Robert M. Gottschalk is an associate in the firm with a practice that focuses on complex litigation involving family, commercial, and tort claims. Mr. Gottschalk is an accomplished litigator and business professional with substantial jury, bench and administrative trial experience.

Mr. Gottschalk received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, with Distinction, in 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 1995.

Mr. Gottschalk is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland as well as in the State of Illinois and several Federal District Courts.

In addition to establishing his law firm practice, Mr. Gottschalk has been a guest lecturer for ABA Negotiation and Client Counseling programs and served as a judge in Appellate Argument competitions at the University of Illinois College of Law.
