Isabella Demougeot joined Ain & Bank in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced commercial litigation and civil litigation at Rifkin Weiner Livingston, LLC, in Bethesda, Maryland and at Peckar & Abramson, P.C., in Washington, D.C., where she acquired experience and honed her skills as a negotiator and litigator. Ms. Demougeot also handled pro-bono family and domestic relations cases in Montgomery County. Leveraging her significant litigation experience, Ms. Demougeot excels at advocating on behalf of her clients at all times throughout the litigation and mediation process.
Prior to entering private practice, Isabella served as a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland.
Ms. Demougeot is a member of the Executive Board of the Platinum Award Winning William B. Bryant Inn of Court in Washington, D.C. Ms. Demougeot has previous served as the Vice-Chair of the ABA’s Young Lawyer’s Litigation Committee. Ms. Demougeot sits on the Board of Elizabeth Seton High School.
Ms. Demougeot earned her A.B. from Vassar College and her law degree from William and Mary School of Law. Ms. Demougeot is also bilingual (fluent in both English and French). Ms. Demougeot is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Court in Maryland, and in the District of Columbia.
